Bless the Lord, O My Soul

Psalm 103 is a psalm of David which calls himself and all of creation to whole-hearted praise of the Lord. We can often struggle to bring our busy minds and restless hearts to praise God with all of our being. David shows that through remembering God's blessings, God's love and God's glory demonstrated in who he is and what he has done for us, our eyes can focus on God in praise and we can join saying: Bless the Lord, O my soul!
