Strangers with a Purpose Continued

In 1 Peter 2:13-25, Peter teaches that honorable conduct includes submitting to authority as citizens and workers. We are called to submit even when treated unfairly. In this way we are glorifying God and following Christ’s example, who suffered unjustly under human authorities. God also promises blessing when we suffer for doing good. Trusting Him as the One who judges justly, we need not seek revenge but entrust ourselves to Him.
