God, I Need Your Help!

In Matthew 6:13, Jesus teaches us to pray as people who know our weakness and trust God’s strength. “Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil” is a humble plea for protection and a confident cry for rescue. We fall easily, see little, and often trust ourselves too much—but God is a Father who guides, a Warrior who defends, and a Savior who has already defeated the evil one. In every temptation, we don’t stand alone; we stand in Christ’s victory. Our weakness meets God’s powerful care through prayer.
