When Rebellion meets Grace
Jul 13, 2025 • Rich Millhouse
In a world that constantly resists God’s authority—culturally, politically, and personally—Psalm 2 boldly declares that God is still on the throne. In this royal and messianic psalm, we see the world’s rebellion, God’s unshakable response, the reign of His Son, and a surprising invitation to find refuge in the very King we’ve all resisted.
This sermon explores how Jesus, the true Son and King, doesn't crush rebels—He was crushed for them. We’re all invited to stop running, surrender to the Son, and find the freedom we were made for.
When rebellion meets grace, refuge becomes possible.
